Step 1: Inspection We first inspect your area rug with you to find any flaws or problems visible before cleaning.
Step 2: Dry Soil Removal The MOST important part of rug cleaning is dry soil removal. For this, we use the latest, most effective system called the Rug Badger system. This system gently but effectively vibrates dry soil out of your rugs followed by a thorough vacuuming, with possible multiple "badgerings" as required.
Step 3: Pre-spray Next, your rug is pre-sprayed with the highest quality neutral detergents to loosen the soil that remains in the rug after badgering dry soil removal.
Step 4: Gentle Scrubbing Your rug is gently but thoroughly scrubbed (of course, this is dependent on the type of rug).
Step 5: Thorough Rinse A thorough rinse with warm, clear water removes cleaning agents and remaining loose soil.
Step 6: PH Balance A vital step in insuring bright colors and a soft outcome is to "sour or PH balance" your clean rug.
Step 7: Fringe Cleaning Fringe is a special challenge in itself. We have years of experience dealing with fringe cleaning.
Step 8: Hang and drying Last, you rug is hung to dry. Industrial air movers quickly and effectively dry your rugs.
